Products

Seitz furniture is made to order in Switzerland. We make every effort to present our products, materials, finishes, dimensions, and colors accurately. However, colors and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and environment.

Our furniture is made from natural materials. Variations in wood grain, color, texture, knots, and other natural characteristics are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

Product specifications, materials, finishes, availability, and pricing may be updated from time to time.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, payment issue, product availability issue, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Made-to-Order Furniture

Unless otherwise stated, Seitz furniture is made to order. Production begins after your order has been confirmed.

Standard production lead times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, order size, customization, or workshop schedule.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged except where required by applicable law or as otherwise described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the market you are shopping in.

Applicable delivery, import, and other service charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or other errors on the website. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Seitz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, supply interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture can be delivered through the entrances, elevators, stairways, hallways, and other access points at the delivery location.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged orders, and incorrect orders are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom Orders and COM

Custom orders and products made using Customer's Own Material (COM) are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For COM orders, the customer is responsible for ensuring that sufficient suitable material is supplied. Seitz is not responsible for defects, performance issues, color variation, wear, or other characteristics resulting from materials supplied by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, product imagery, drawings, trademarks, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Seitz unless otherwise stated.

Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
